Hi, I take the elixir every four hours. No drained for me as well. I'm on stage 3 now. Eating 1 oz of Protein 3 times a day. I had broth, Jello, popsicles, crystal light and one tablespoon of scrambled eggs. Waited 30 minutes to drink. So far its going well. Also walking is my best friend. Hope you are well. Hello everyone, I've been reading this forum for a few weeks and I cannot thank you guys enough. Well, tomorrow morning at 7:30 I have to report to the hospital for surgery. Today I did the swallow test with xrays. Still no food. Just Water this time. Tomorrow purred stage. I'm hanging in there. Sure could eat something. Also, getting Vitamins through iv. This pain in my belly is awfull. Might go home on Friday. Sent from my HTC EVO using RNYTalk

Had surgery on July 3rd. Currently in hospital. Gosh, I can't seem to sleep. Pain is so bad. 5:23 am here. Ice chips make my belly hurt. And I'm so hungry. So far my only issue is pain. Hi everyone All went well, thank you. In my room resting until they tell me its ok to go for a walk. Pain is not so bad now. But after surgery in recovery room I wanted to die. Hi My surgery is next Tuesday. They put me on a liquid diet , 5 shakes a day and one lean meat, 2 cups of green vegetables a day. I started on June 20, its awful. I cheated twice, feel terrible about it. Lost 4.5 pounds but gained 2 pounds :-( I go in on Monday before surgery to weigh. Hopefully it will be ok.
