All i can say oh boy. I woke up wanted breakfast ......um nope cant. This is going to be along 3 days of clear fluids only.

Today is my birthday as well as my last supper until surgery tomorow i start my liquid diet unti surgery monday morning at 730am. I am ready for this. it is sureal now being only a few days away. Wish me luck it will be one hell of a ride to happiness. 365 pounds signing out...next stop 220 here we we come.

I am seeing Graber currently with a surgery date of July 2nd.

I found out today all the bloodwork came back good. Sothe surgery is a go. July 2nd is coming up quick. A little nervois but ready for.my journey to a helthy life. Any one else in the Syracuse area my surgeon is Dr Graber. Out of St Joes. Any feed back of his sucesses.

I have my preop set for monday morning. Surgery is all set for July 2nd. Pretty nervous to the worry of am i ready. Huge change but i need to do it. Im365 pounds diabets high blood pressure high cholesterol and want to be healthy. Does any one know realistically when i can start lifting weights after surgery to maintain all my muscle. I am so nervous but if i wasnt i would be concerned.

I amscheduled for July 2nd and am as nervous as can be. 365 pounds here male with 4 children and am excited about this huge life change. My wife is a great support but just looking at the next 2 months after.surgery its a little scary.
