Im 23 days post op and im having the hardest time eating. Putting food up to my mouth to eat it is super difficult bc i either feel discusted & cant eat it or i feel nautious . Im trying really hard to follow my eating plan but its hard to eat when you dont want to.

So this is my first started topic .......... YAY! But anyways, So for the past week and some change i have been dealing with this nasty white saliva build up & its driving me nuts. it keeps a horrible taste in my mouth and no matter how much i brush & gargle listerine it always seems to come back . What do i do. & i think my breath smells horrible too & i feel like i need to dump 100 altoids in my mouth just to kill the smell .... HELP ME! -
