So… last week I believe I posted a 3 pound weight loss. BUT I found out that my scale to my dr's is a nine pound difference! I actually weighted in at 259. I weighed in today to record 235 on my scale. So 235+9 =244 259- 244= 15 lbs 15 lbs weightloss this week! -
Went shopping today with kevinsbabygirl. She convinced me to enter an outlet store that I'd never see myself walking into. OLD NAVY!!!! She convinced me to try on a 42 jeans. Now may I remind you I was a 64+ jean when I started. Moral of the story, find that special someone to challenge you and push you to the next level!!! Aarval eat your heart out lol J/K!
