Went for my first walk/jog! I walk a block, then jog a block. Did it for a whole mile today door to door. My last walk was timed at 23 min/mile. My walk/jog today was clocked at 17:4.6 ! The numbers can only get smaller ! I'm damn proud of myself ! It's a great starting off point !
