Oh I forgot about the insulin yeah mine has been in the low 100's but I'm on a sliding scale so I don't have to take any unless it's over 130

Yes I had the same issues I was in so much pain 2 days after surgery and when I got home it took me about 2 weeks to be able to get back to my protein but you should try to stick with it because it will help u loose....congrats on your surgery and welcome to the team hope the pain gets better

Last night I tried eating some fried rice from a Chinese place and I know now I will NEVER do that again!!...I was in so much pain from 1am to 4:30am and I threw up 4 times has anyone else had this problem with rice??....

@minnieme ...I know I thought I was going to die I was hurting so bad I was in tears!!...never again will I eat rice or bean burritos again!!!

Well my friend said she tried beans and they didn't hurt her and I am getting tired of soups and wanted to try something new I know it's my bad :-(

OMG guys I did it again!!..I tried eating a bean burrito and I was in pain again not as bad as the rice but I was still in pain and threw up again...does anyone feel drained after they throw up??..it's like all my energy has been sucked out of me

Wow u r doing great too!!...keep up the good work and keep me posted on your great doctors appointment on Monday I'm sure u will have lost a lot more by then....so where do u live?..and what do u do for a living??..are u married do u have any kids?? I hope I'm not being too nosey just want to make some new friends that are going threw the same as me. I am not married single mom with 2 kids ages 5 and 9 and I live in Plano,TX

Yeah I'm just gonna keep working out and eating right...I have my next appointment on the 14 so I will talk to the doctor and see if he thinks I'm doing good I hope I lost some more by the time I go I'll keep u posted...so how far post op are u and how much have u lost??

I am 5 weeks post op and I still have some on the lower left side of my tummy glad to hear I'm not the only one!!...lol

Hi guys I am new to this site but I am 5 weeks post op my surgery was April 30 and I have only lost 20lbs and I'm going to the gym every day but the scale is not moving but I can see it in my clothes but I would like to see it on the scale did anyone have this problem or is it just me?? -
I can't remember what my weight was the day of surgery but I know I started at 185 and now I'm at 165

Why do u feel this way....I kind of felt that way cause I wasn't seeing any results and I am 5 weeks post op and I have only lost 20lbs so I feel very discouraged right now!
