Having read everything I could get my hands on to about RNY I have come across a books called Weight Loss Surgery for dummy's & Weight Loss Surgery Cookbook for Dummy's . Out of all I have read I find these two most helpfull. And as close to what my doctor prescribes . May be others starting their Journy may want to read the first one and the cookbook well can't wait to try some of the recipes in it. Just my Opinion.

Hang in there it will be here be for you know it. When my doctor gave me my surgery date that 6 week went by in a flash. As for liquid diet you should have everything you need in your home already with the exception of a no sugar protein drink. Again hang in there you'll be ok Good luck

Good luck you will be fine -
Every insurance company is different so the only thing to do is jump though what ever hoop they send at you. In the end it will all be worth it. It took me 11 months from start to surgery and I would do it all over again.

Still trying to figure out what I want or what I want to do. I'm not big on roller coasters ,new skinny jeans would be nice, But I think what I would like to do is to take a second Honey Moon with my wife to Hawaii and be able to walk down the beach shirtless and not be ashamed of how I look.

Congrats it will be here before you know it -
I know of one person that had the sleeve done and at time of surgery he was over 440 lbs to day he's is at 205 and still losing. He has also turned in to a gym rat . Total change of his life. Sleeving from what I learn is done now on people over 400 and now on people that are on the light side of being heavy . But I am no doctor so my advise talk to yours they do know what there doing.
