Drak urine means you are not getting enough fluids you are dehydrated. It's hard but you must try to get more liquids in. Try sugar free Popsicle, more yucky Jello,chicken or beef broth I'm sure you know what to do. Just trying to give motivation. My problem is not liquids but food I'm not hungry but must eat to get Protein in 2 oz at a time. Hope it gets work out for you We are all going though it some just handel it better then others. I get the same feeling for me it's a form of dumping try eating slower,eating and not drinking when eating,chewing better and smaller bits.all work for me. Re learning to eat is hard I just want to dig in chew and swallow. Then find out the hard way that's not good and walking is a big help to just wish I had more energy to walk more. Cheer up MSLADY things will get better. I think everybody on this Fourm went though some type of depression befor surgery. Then just a few days before surgery the what if's set in. We all go though it . We all made it though and so will you. Your new life is just around the corner . When I started my Journy the Doctor said it would take up to a year before I had surgery. It took 9 months the last 6 months I had to do monthly weigh-ins that was the longest 6 months but really they flew by. 20 days post op I'm down 21 lbs felling go most of the time . I was told that large pills could block the exit to the intestines and not brake down completely. Calcium Citrat can be gotten in a small pill form to Surgery Anniversary 7/30/12

I to had to do 6 months of weigh ins for my insurance company that was the fastest 6 months. It will be here before you know it Hang in there you can do it you will get a 2 nd chance at life don't let it slip away then you can go out and experience life your still young with a lot of living to do yet HANG IN THERE Surgery Anniversary 7/30/12

Yes get one they have metal card, bracelet, neckles style. Most need to say Gastric Bypass No Blind NG Tube No NSAIDS. Same here after 3-4 day pain went away just take it easy they are still healing on the inside.

Wish I could go back to work. Been off for 3 weeks now and will be off for 3 more weeks I'm going crazy that Becuse of my job and what I have to do doctor won't let me return to work

This is getting to deep. It all started with Get Out And Vote let's leave it at that and all get back to what we all know RNY that's something we all know a little about and agree on. Can't We All Just Get Along. No matter where you are from or the color of your skin we all bleed red. I try not to hate anyone I work hard for what I got and want to keep it. The people who pry on the system no matter where they are from will never have anything and will always live day to day. You see it now just look around.

Has anyone experienced any dizzyness or light headed my doctor says it may be from dehydration. I think I'm getting enough protein in (I think). It's not fair everyone came from somewhere. Those that come here legally want for a better life. Them I have no problem with they want the same thing my great great grand parents wanted a better live. They work hard for no money no benefits and still they survive. It's the illegals that come here just to pry on our system and bleed it dry. I'm sorry your country hates you nobody deserves to be treated like crap. But the rich that run our country's don't care about you me or anybody that they look down on There are a lot of people that come here legal and do the jobs nobody else will do and are treated like crap. This will never change . As long as there is no term limits are. What would this country be like if all elected Goverment offices where only 4 year terms and you can only run ones. 18 days post op and I'm lucky if I can get a 1/4 cup in before I'm full. I try to get my protein though protein drinks. Would love a turkey burger just for some thing different
