Everyone is differen and I'm no doctor My3stars they want to remove the stich they just can't get hold of it there is not much sticking out. And the doctor is worried about it not healing and getting infected. And my ring are slipping off to when I hit my target weight I will have them resized. Right now I have clear tape ripped around it to hold it on Surgery Anniversary 7/30/12

Everybody is different My doctor says no coffee it's acidic to your new pouch and acid is that last thing we need on our pouch. And decaf sucks with sugar free creamer coffee is just not the same anymore. But that's just me. Check what your doctor says about coffee Surgery Anniversary 7/30/12

My3stars yours is a little low to are you on blood pressure Med's to. there are so many factors that could make it run low or high Keep your eye on it . If it stays low please call your doctor Surgery Anniversary 7/30/12

Mary are you taken any BP Med's if so you need to contact your doctor ASAP. I had the same problem my blood pressure started getting real low the doctors took me off it and 3 days later no more light headedness blood pressure is running 118/67. That and they want me to increase my calorie intake and up my Protein to 80-100 g a day ( ez for the docs to say). But don't listen to us call your doctor to be on the safe side. Try carnation instant Breakfast no sugar added taste a lot better the whey powder not as much Protein but there is other ways of getting that. As for exersice walk right now you may want to stay of the bike till you check with you doctor. I'm going on 6 weeks and my doctor says no ab work outs till 6 weeks no heavy weights till 8 weeks. Could start using bike last week. I try to walk as much as I can yesterday I went for 2 walks at 2.5 miles each As far as how much you lose that's up to the each person some lose at a different rate then others you. What really sucks is my OLD scale was old maybe 10-15 years old you would have to step on it 8-10 times and take the weight that showed up the most not the right way to weigh your self. Last night we bought a new scale. One that not only weighs you but will tell you your body mass your hydration level and will remember your last weigh in. (doctor recommended this scale) now the bad part at the doctors I weighed 244 on his scale. My old scale says 238. The new scale says 244 damm though I was doing good. Looks like my walks just got longer Surgery Anniversary 7/30/12

Same here getting tired of them. Doctor told me I could start eating Protein bars. Atkins makes good ones low in sugar, low carbs and taste good at least to me. Heading to GNC tomorrow to try Quest bars people on this Fourm love them I'm game Surgery Anniversary 7/30/12

Since my surgery I'm having problems sleeping with my cpac. Just not comfortable any more. Doctor says we need to do a new sleep study my numbers may have changed for the good we hope. Gastric doctor say that I may not need it anymore let's hope? Surgery Anniversary 7/30/12

Don't know about android but if you have a profile button touch the profile button then touch what looks like a profile picture should be in the top left corner. If that works it should open you photo gallery where you can pick what picture you want to use as your profile picture that should do it. Again I not up on android smartphones hope it works for you. Maybe some other user knows more then I do about it then I do Surgery Anniversary 7/30/12
