I am 8weeks out as well and also out of the 300's I'm 296. But not losing weight I don't know if I need to up my calories but I work out everyday for at least an hour Please somebody help I'm getting depressed Sent from my iPad using RNYTalk

I tried laying on my stomach at week 1 and when I woke up I was in pain, so I put a pillow under my stomach and it was ok at week 2 Sent from my iPad using RNYTalk
