Today was my 3 month appointment and I'm 275 I'm 4 pounds for a 100 pounds lost since meeting with surgeon yay I just don't know to describe the joy and jubilation I feel I haven't been this size for 20 years ( I know I'm telling my age but that's ok) Hoping to weigh 250 by my birthday January Wish me luck Sent from my iPad using RNYTalk -
