    Discouraged & Disappointed...

    Yes, you are going to hit a lot of stalls. If you use a calorie program, you can see how many calories you are eating a day and how much you are burning to determine why you are not loosing. I have had a stall for a month and had to go back to liquids. It seems every 3 months, I hit a milestone and then another stall. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

    Feeling very depressed

    Paul this is actually normally. I was severely depressed my first 3 months after surgery. I had a lot of crying spells, I hated my husband and I blamed everyone around me for getting me in this situation. Can you image how pleasant I was to be around?     Food Funeral!

    I had a food funeral before my surgery an it was very therapeutic!! I actually took a picture of my last meal - as well as a picture I me eating my last meal ( favorite pizza, popcorn and Icee) and I realize those food is what made me gain weight. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

    fried chicken skin

    Hello! Anything super greasy will normally make you sick. However, even if it did not make you sick, I would really urge you to try to find a healthy option. At some point, you will be able to eat bigger portions and you will stop losing. I ran into the same issue with pizza that was my comfort food.     Your body isn't ready for solids, but our mind sometimes gets the best of us. Just stick with liquids - try all kinds of soups, mashed potatoes, oatmeal. Lots of options out there. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

  24. Stalls are normal but so freaking frustrating. To jump start your weight loss, try going back to liquids, or adding more Protein. I took away cheese and dairy and they helped for a while. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
