My weight loss is not just slow ITs stopped. I'm trying not to complain and push through, but I'm getting so depressed. This is totally normal! That's the good news. I couldn't stand for people to say the word --lol they would have to spell it out! I had severe issues with muscle spasms, but I stayed nauseated for over 2 months. The doctor can you meds for that. My best advise yet to exercise and use this opportunity to lose as much weight as possible before the honey moon periods ends. I've had both done before surgery. I'm not sure how effective it is or the side effects after surgery. Before surgery, the HCG drops has a lot of restrictions that you have to follow including no lotion, etc. It completely messed up my hormones and was just another temporary fix. I've had several sessions of colonics when I was having stomach / gluten sensitivity problems. I actually would like to get my stomach smaller or more restricted too! I wonder what are the rules / limitations around this? I'm going to ask my doctor about this as well. I worked out with a trainer and I think I liked it. Not sure if I can really afford it. Confused on what to do - advise?? I currently do not work do to fibromyalgia and migraines. I freelance doing graphic design when I can. I contribute around $200 a month for savings and I want to spend $50 house cleaning and $50 on gym membership.
