I have a bag of isopure that im not using. I know people don't like to buy things from people that's been open, but I wasn't able to drink it and it's just sitting in my cabinet. I think it's the aspartame.

It took about 2 days after They got the paperwork. But, I had to call myself.

This is from my wedding in 2007. I was about 220. Before I had surgery I was up to 280. I'm now about 240. I have not taken any pics since surgery. The other pics are from about 2 years ago. One is from NYC and the other is from my niece 16th birthday party. I was about the same size I am now 235 - 240.

I had it from the beginning! The doctor gave me nausea pills.

I can only drink very Ice cold water. I lovvve crush ice.

I think from the surgery or the stress of the surgery - it brought my period on early the 2nd after surgery. . It was horrible having surgery pain and menstral cramp pain.

Hello, I believe this is consider head hunger. Are you drinking Protein shakes and Water? These liquids will keep your stomach pretty full.

I didn't have young kids, but I hated telling me nieces 13, 16, and 18. They were very mad and against it. I took them out and then the problems I run into ( stairs, walking, clothes) etc. I also explained about airplane seatbelts and airplane seatbelt. I think kids are visual, if you can find a way to show them, I think they will understand better.

I am at 7 weeks. First 2 weeks I could not eat anything! In the third week i was not eating or drinking- so doc moved me to next stage. I could eat cottage cheese, french onion soup, greek yogart and peanut butter. The doctor gave me nausea pills that melts under your tongue. That helped, but I could not take the smell of anything. The smell of things have not changed- I have to wash dishes twice I can smell plastic, my husband had to change shower gel and ughh still hate smell of food especially meat! Please find something so you don't go through what I did!!! I was living on crushed ice. None of that was enough calories and I got really weak, dizzy and sick (sign of dehydration) was hospitalized 3 times - developed horrible uti tht turned into kidney infection which I've had for 7 weeks.

If that does not work, please try oatmeal.

My Suregon did give me the card, but I have not used it. Has anyone??

As soon as I arrived for the surgery the first thing they gave me was some calming drugs. It was great. I did all the paperwork for the hospital a week before.

I couldn't even be in a house with someone cooking. I lived off oatmeal because it didn't have a smell.

Hi Erica, Water is very hard for me too. I gave up on Protein shakes. .

Hello - welcome to the group! Please don't say your a disappointment to your kids - that just hurt my heart! You've made a few bad decisions regarding food and exercising. You sound like a wonderful mother - deciding to do the surgery shows that!
