Nothing is rountine and u really can't compare to anyone else. Some people drop weight like flies others are slower. The more you weigh, the more you drop in the beginning. The Under estimate how hard it would be to drink those nasty shakes! Just a little FYI. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

Yeah this is soooo tricky. Everyone is different about this - you feel super full of you drink too much, some people still gulp and others use a straw. Just make sure all of your sipping equals over 64 oz a day. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
