    Today I went shopping and did not have to go to the plus size section!! I'm wearing an extra large in most clothes and almost in a regular 16 in pants. My 16w are getting to big. HOWEVER- I've been getting this weird feeling of tiredness coming on and off all day long. I did the warm up exe on wii Zumba and was dizzy after 8 mins. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

    Thanks guys! I was feeling like its just me. I often wait until I'm starving to eat. I can tell because I get a headache or a intense feeling of wanting to vomit.     Protein Drinks And Shakes, What Ones Are Good?

    It is so amazing they can make diet drinks like diet dr pepper soooo tasty, but they can't do anything with Protein shakes. No matter what - they are sooo gross, even the smell can make you gag!     Sometimes you can have immediate dumping or delayed dumping. I dump more from bread than sweets. Everyone body is so different! You should really think of it as a blessing knowing on your birthday you can eat a small piece of cake without getting sick. You just want to keep this option for special occasions only.     Yeah. In working my way towards picking between adding more Water of a Protein shake, cause I do not have room for both. I had a very hard time recovering from survey and take 3 different medications to help keep the food and water down. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

    So Disappointed :-/

    I really hate the stall! At first I hit the breaking point at 220 and now I've struggle between 218 and 217 for 3 weeks. I increased my exercise as much as I could. - which was non to 1/2 mile and tried to eat 1 extra meal of Protein. It worked!!! But for 2 pounds. Now I'm at 215.     I always struggle with calories . I hate to post cause I'm not doing so well. My goal is to make it over 300 calories a day. On a good day I'm getting 500.     My sister and I went shopping and she realized we could now shop in the same section. She started working out 3 times a day!!!
