Wait, before you judge or say - active lifestyle blah blah. I know I know! This is not by choice. Im not able to exercise daily because of fibromyalgia and severe migraines (I'm on medication for both). I usually make it to 1 or 2 miles per week and a few minutes of Zumba. So I can only exercise 3 times a week. I feel like I'm doomed to gain my weight back if I don't exercise. You are not alone in this battle. I had trouble getting water / shakes for 3 months. Don't let it to the point where you are dehydrated! The doctor also has medication that can help. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

Well the good news is - the surgery worked!!! Yeahhh!!! Lol. It was probably a little to early to try bread unless your doctor gave you clearance. Im at 5 months out and I can not eat any bread, noodles etc... After you dump, just make sure you drink lots of fluids. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
