I had family, husband and support group! But, I found this site helping me through some of my darkest times. It's amazing when u are experiencing something and someone knows the answer. I was Pre- diabetic / insulin resistant. I found that I can eat apples everyday, and watermelon. Got sick from pineapples. Could not eat grapes in the beginning. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
