I have fibromyalgia as well and the meds I was taking irritates my stomach. Now, I have the worst tailbone pain ever- it is hard to sit for more than 5 or 10 mins. In having horrific pain. I had something a little similar and it turned out to be muscle spasms. I think you should approach your doctor open an honestly. Doctors get paid to treat and solve problems. I would start doing a food journal or use a app. sometimes we consume a little food but its the wrong thing / type. The empty calories like juice or sodas etc... Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

I try to stay away from all bread, but I heard if u are going to eat it, make sure it's hard and not gummy. It is easier to break down in our stomach. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

I can go over to anyone house and find clothes to borrow. I never was able to do that with friends and/or family! I get hit on a lot and people actually say I'm small or skinny at 196 pounds!! Lol.
