After today, it is done. Are you nervous? I have a question for u since you have Tricare...did you lose weight on your 3 month supervised weight loss program with your Pcp? I'm not losing anything just staying steady. He but me on a 1200 calorie diet and walking 30 minutes 3 times a week. -

Did u have to do a 3 month physician monitored diet? I have tri-care south and they have requested this before they will approve the surgery. -
