I am having the same problem. I am eating to fast and my food is not wet enough per doctor I went back to stage two food and I eat it very slow. I guess I was not ready for stage thee yet. I would call your doctor. -

Joy my husband thought the same thing. I am post op now, and have lost 22 lbs he never has asked how many pounds. He really thinks I could have done this on my own. Of course he has never had a weight problem, and has no idea how being over weight messes with your head. Things are almost back to normal but I wish he was he was totally onboard with this because I am so happy. -

I dump so easily been on natural sugar. I really have to watch everything I eat. It freaked me out the first time it happened.
