The best advise I can give is I'm a yr out now and isopure plus zero carb ready to drink is the consistency of gatoraid I ordered mine from supplementewearhouse.com 8oz size alpine punch or grape frost 15 prot and 60 carbs. The best absorbable and it's not a thick shake it is Water consistency and good is Isopure plus zero carb, for 8oz 60 cal and 15 prot, I get mine through mail at supplementwearhouse.com it is a pure Protein isolate.
