Yeah! According to my surgeon and nutritionist we become very fertile. He told me I could ovulate several times a month until thing stablize. My Gyn conformed it with me also, and told me to wait until August or close to the year mark to have tubes tied. I wish I did it soon though, iud or tubes tied.

I don't have an iud. I actually been contemplating in iud or tubes tied. Any way, since January I have been regular. Gyn doc wants to put me on birth control bills. Eglean2 what app do you use to track your foods? -
Start walking, it's best thin you can do. Also, the best advice I was given and I am going to give to you is follow your doctor and nutritionist orders. It's very important. I had some hard times with Vitamins but I am good now. Everyone is different and try not compare yourself with anyone. Your on you own new journey. Best of luck to you!

I had my surgery 11/30. Within the past few weeks I have been hungry. Its weird. Then I go through spells I don't want to eat which are bad for me because I get very dizzy and week. I crave used to crave for cheetos now it's beanitos with hummus. Yet. Lately, I am very hungry. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I havent moved on the scale in about 2/3 weeks. I am so scared to gain it back. -
My nutritionist told me that small meals / snacks are good. She also told me that having a routine with food is good. A better for success.
-
I was told by someone who had GBS several years ago that during the first 6 months is when you loose all your weight then you need to work on the rest. I have been working really hard the whole time. My other problem I get dizzy and some muscle fatigue when I work out alot. Any hints?
