I think this is the hardest thing I have ever done. Everywhere I look there is food. People at work talking about food. I'm getting by one day at a time, but man this isn't easy. Im not hungry but my mouth wants everything. Sigh.... Please let this get better.

My daughter found these Nooodles. Could be something great for those Pasta cravers out there .

I have been a member of this group since the end of May, although I haven't said anything I have enjoyed all of the encouragement, help, and positive thinking from all of you. I have thought about having this surgery for about 6 years now, but always got scared and said "I will next year if I can't lose the weight this year". Well that never worked so here I am. Ready to start the next chapter in my life. I know I'm ready this time. My surgery is scheduled for July 31st. Liquid diet starts July 17th (that I'm a little nervous about). Friends have asked me if I'm nervous, I tell them not really about the surgery, but it's failing my weight loss journey. I have never succeeded it thus far and I hate that. I have concoured many things in my life but not the weight loss. Anyway. Here I am. Looking forward to the future and chatting with you.
