Apparently I had gas. So bad that I was bloated! Iwe had a talk, he's just concerned that I might faint or get weak.. Love him... Weight back on track after a night of machine gun boom booms. I hate myself lol -

No mami not eating everything in sight. Following the 3 meals and 2 snacks thing. And eating healthy too. This week has been the first time I've been able to eat 5 meals a day. I'll try not to weigh everyday.. It's hard -

I feel the same. I'm not even halfway done yet, but it's happening. I've got men hitting on me all the time. And these are people ive known all my life.I keep thinking in my head, you didn't turn to even look my way at my heaviest, like I'm going to turn to you as I lose. Love my fiancé, he's been rock solid in my life. He's smart, caring and hot and I ain't ditching him.

No not seeing a nutritionist.. I have basic guidelines to follow. I can't help it, I'm addicted to the damn scale. It's all by damn boyfriends fault, I keep cooking and he keeps making me stuff my face -
I started eating salads at 4 weeks post op. everyone's surgeon has different ideas, check with your doc
