    I'm so sorry you're feeling so awful if it's muscle maybe there's something your doctor can give you like a relaxer? I'm not really sure... Id call him though <3 I hope you feel better!!

  6. Woohoo... I finally have a picture to post Only 6 weeks post op and it's not a huge difference but I noticed it a bit this morning when I put on pants that haven't fit me in YEARS! One on the right taken today..
  7. Love everyone's!! Mine would be:: 1. Wrapping a towel ALL THE WAY around me after a shower or dip in the pool! 2. Being able to shop on the clearance rack in target!! (they never have anything cute in my MOO MOO size) 3. Wear a winter coat that doesn't make me look like the kid in "a christmas story" 4. Go to a theme park/ Water park and ride EVERYTHING without fear of not being able to fit or looking funny! 5. Stand next to my, 6" 2' physically fit...without an ounce of fat on him, husband and look like we actually belong together

    Mmmm cantaloupe && peaches!! I've been to afraid to try real fruit other than a tiny bit of mashed bananas .... How about Pinapples?? I'm 6 weeks out and would love some crushed Pinapples in my cottage cheese.... But I'm afraid... Lol

    Dissappointed

    I feel your pain. I'm one month today and my scale has been STUCK for the last 2 weeks. I haven't been cleared for vigorous workouts because I had beginning complications... So all I can do is walk...... This sucks!!! ..... But we gotta stay positive!! Soon! This will have just been a bump in our road to thinner days!!
  18. How many of you have gone through this and how did it work out for you?? This is a vicious little cycle... I'm feeling so sick to my tummy and I know it has to be because I'm not taking in enough Protein. I'm still on a liquid diet... 3 weeks and counting and I'm so sick of all this sweet crap and I've never enjoyed plain runny (non chunky) Soup. Plus, I'm so nauseas I don't even want to attempt to take anything down. Water is even making me gag. I had an upper GI test done last week so I know there isn't an obstruction, leak or ulcer. I just have to "woman up" and make a high protein shake!! but ...ugh... I don't wannaaaaa......... but I also don't want to go back into the ER..... stupid, awesome surgery.... You better be worth all this

    Not Enough Protein=Nausea?

    Isopure is what I use. But I grew really tired of the taste mixed with carnation instant breakfast .... Now I just make one in the morning (with two scoops for the full 50g of protein) and I take down as much as I can ... Then if I feel tired later on I do the same. This way if I don't drink it all at least I'm getting in a bunch.

My husband and I were talking the other day and he asked me "have you thought of one goal ... something you can't do now, but want to when you've lost your weight?" and my response was at first "duh- I got a laundry list!!" but he said ... "no, I mean find something you never thought you'd be able to do and reach for that" Well I found it!!! 5k Run for Your Lives - ZOMBIE RUN! http://runforyourlives.com/ "zombies" chase you through a 5k obstical corse. I really wanted to do it this year but I don't want to look foolish flopping around in mud like a piggy, breathing like I'm about to die so I chickened out.... next year, IT'S ON! Do any of you have something your reaching for??? (other than the normal goals)
  21. I want to ride a roller-coaster too!!! I moved right next to Kings island and have yet to ride any of the roller coaster with my son and husband! I grew up in Orlando and spent my life riding the rides!!! Now I'm scared to not be able to fit!
