Talked to my insurance company wasn't very informative all they told me was I had to do the 6 months then my dr would submit it and wait for approval

I am on visit number 3 of 6 so half way there I only have the BMi but I gained 5 pounds and scared to death there going to say it was no compliance but I hope they will take start and end weight and that's the only number that matters so we will see when I call tomorrow and get there definition of non compliance Bc in another section compliance was only considered completion on 80% of suprovosed diet do its all very confusing so I just need to call and get it straight

It seemed to me what I read the medical weight management plan is something more long term when my insurance was only requiring a 6 month supervised diet I'm starting to get really nervous and don't want to be denied

Thanks for checking so disappointed I canceled one of my nutrition classes after hours and they cancelled my date with the surgeon thank goodness I called Friday to check time of appt and said I cancelled so a miscommunication resulted in me having to wait until august 6th but in ok with it Bc it puts me closer to my 6 months being done anyway

Hi everyone been checking this app it for awhile and decided to share my story... I'm 21 years old I weigh 244 started my journey about 3 months ago this is the highest weight I have ever reach even when I was pregnant I didn't weigh this much I have been struggling with my weight all my life I was never skinny always the chubby one out of 3 sisters never slowed me down until recently tho I had my son when I was 18 I gained a 100lbs with him and didn't loose any and have slowly gained more and More over the last three years I have tried to loose and it's just been yo yo dieting never a lifestyle change so I decided to take the plunge and I'm so excited and have been waiting since I don't have Any of the health issues just the BMi I have to wait the 6 months and man is it dragging!! That's pretty much my story so far can't wait to be telling about my weight loss journey next. I do have a question tho how hard is it going to be for me to care for my son he's three and extremely active and his dad my fiancé works out of town and is only home one week a month just wondering if I should have family come stay with me for the first week or so or can I handle it in my own?
-
Thanks guys that's very helpful... Yeah my fiancé isn't very excited the surgery and I think I might just shedulw the surgery for the week he's off so that he can stay home with our son while I'm in the hospitial and mt aunt who is like my best friend go with me and stay Bc it's around 2 hours away from my home and she will prob be way more helpful then he would hate to say it but it's true lol I'm also a stay at home mom so I do all cooking cleaning etc etc but thanks for Ur feedback and it gives me a heads up )

I have yet to have surgery but I know what you mean I only wear silver and miss me for jeans and I feel like it will be such a waste of money to just get rid of them I was told the consignment store would prob give me $20 for them but another friend told me to put them on fb yard sale in my town and I can get what I want out of them so that's my plan lol
