I know wat u mean but there's salads the have Protein it all depends with wat u eat it with I want to start eating salads I can't wait cause there's a salad the my hubby used to but me n am dying to eat it again to see if my taste for that have change

So I had my surgery on July 24 am 10 days post-op. omg omg the was so painful 2 painful am a lil better now am on my liquids but the only thing am craving is water not hungry at all i have Los 10 pounds
