    Well my surgery was July 25 n I was 260 n di other I weigh myself n was 205 uhhggg idk why I don't loose more I want to be 160 150 cause am 5'7 if I loose more I would look sick But thanks its hard very hard

    So I started doing exercise a week ago n my weight was 210 so I weigh mi self today n am 205 So I lost 5 pound in a week. I know I can do better am going to do better

    I use 2 piece of pineapple 2 grapefruit a piece of ginger 1 cucumber n 2 stick of celery

    This is not the easy way out like people like to call them this si the hardest thing to do. When I was upset I use to eat eat n eat n the did the trick but know the am 4 months post op it's hard cause very time the am upset sad or mad I can't eat n that's a good thing but its also hard cause know its even harder idk wat to eat how much 2 eat if am eating to much if am not loosing weight omg I can't take this every time I look at the mirror I see the fat me the one the I hate idk wat to do

    4 Years Post-Op

    That's great. Am 4 months out n I feel terrible If I eat anything I feel guilty eat doesn't matter if its small I still feel bad nothing gets me sick only one time when I ate a piece of meat it got stock but besides that nothing. Sometime I don't want to eat. Am so confused after surgery is even harder to eat cause I don't want to go back to my old habits
