I love celebrate ENS. Chocolate! Amazon is cheapest to buy I add banana strawberry and blueberries 4 0z milk plus ice start my magic bullet and waaalllaaa it's wonderful. The ENS also has all of the vitamins and minerals so it's just not protein. More bang for your buck.

Idk I just want some relief;)

So this morn I was in a rush for work got my vitamins/pills out not thinking I swallowed a chewable calcium pill!!!! What the heck was I thinking I sure wish that sucker would dissolve cause my tiny belly is hurting today! Able to drink water but I just feel it sitting down there! What to do???? Ps 1 week postop

1 week postop and I promise I feel like a new woman!! I have more energy now than I've had in 10 years! And the best is yet to come!

Lifting you up in my prayers tonight and tomorrow! Prayers do work and God is listening I had surgery July 10th off BP meds back to work today feel great and have lost 19lbs;). Phillipians 4:13!!!!
