I did not have a drain and I have healed fine. My doc out steri strips over the incisions (I had five ) and less then three weeks they fell off and look,great! -

That's the same way my program works Joanna. It works really well I think because when you go to the next stage your pouch is ready for the change. I am 26 days post of and now eating soft foods like ground turkey in tomato sauce w/ spices and of cheese.; egg white scrambles w/turkey bacon and cheese etc. imam eating 1/4 cup 3 meals per day and protein drinks as snacks. -

My insurance will approve with BMI over 40 or 35 to 40 with only one such as sleep apnea, high blood pressure or diabetes .

I added peaches in own juice to lf cottage cheese and had no problems ....but just a little continue of peaches like the dole individual ones.

Walking helps a lot with the gas...also I find I have to add some Mio or Propel etc to my water to help get It down...and I have to have it at room temp.

I have only been able to buy clothes at Lane Bryant for such a long time. It's exciting to be able to shop other places....lots less expensive also:-)
