I am a Chef Instructor and Culinary Program Coordinator who develops and implements culinary training for adjudicated youth. I oversee multiple retail outlets and culinary training facilities.

I am a jack of all trades and a master of none.

I love the outdoors. I am an Eagle Scout and avid scouter who lives through the scouting values everyday. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't visit one of our Council's Camps to conduct a small project/improvement.
