Thanks for that I am in DC for a conference and while people watching at lunch yesterday that was my thoughts I wide if that's how I will look like. Right height, maybe right weight. Lol

I did a 20 cleanse at one time. Nothing but a homemade lemon aid and salt Water flush in the morning I never did find out it this is actually true. But it helped me then and I'm going to resort back to it when I start my 14 day pre-op liquid diet Mental Hunger only last 7 seconds. So don't dwell on how hungry you are try thinking of something else The first three days will be hell headaches but then it's smooth sailing. Hope it helps.

Is everyone finding it a waste to go out to eat? Have you noticed a savings in your wallet since you can't go out?

No longer does an 18 feel comfortable. Stuffed sausage is more like it. That is what I mosey have thought and a few 20's. I am really hoping to k ow what single digits looks and feels like. I could even live with the 8/10 any smaller would be dreamland!

I moved to PA and the first time I ordered a grilled chicken salad it had french fries. It was like what the hell? Defeats the purpose of a salad. Then I ate it. Lol

Is it that you are just to close to surgery or we every be able to do the healthy snack between meals?

Has anyone been perscribed this on their six month or from their pcp? I was and have never been keen on taking any kind of pills other than vitamins. I took them for a few day and seemed a little off. Thought I should finish them off up until my 14 day pre-op diet to see if I can even lose a few before then. Also if you took them. For how long and did you lose anything?

This maybe should be in the powder room but oh well If we have to deal with saggy balls then they an deal with a little sag too! Rofl

I have to also. 50,000 once a week. I try as much as possible to get out. I also have a office with no windows so I don't think that helps very much.
