Got up to go to bed and knee was killing me walking up the steps. All I could thinknandvsay was. Oh I hope I have not done permanent damage and just a ill longer and this weight will start coming off It has been approx four months ago that I felt the change in my knee.

I am looking at aug 20 or 21. I will have a solid answer on Wednesday. I see the surgeon then and the anistigiologist (sp) What hospital ? How do you like your nutritionist? I did not like mine at all. She seemed more of an expert with the lap-band procedure. So I think I will be looking into going to see another

Gall stones can form due to the rapid weight loss. Ni am sure there is a more medical definition but as far as I know that was the reason for mine.

I love my fit bit. Our company gave them to a groups of us at work to test out before we have them for the Veterans we are working with. We found that myfitnesspal app. That links with the fit bit has a lot more foods than the fit bit. We have competitions on who gets the most steps In a week. One week I was on top. But wait till after the surgery and I'll be there again! Also if your in an office setting you can down load. Fitbolt. It has a range of exersizes that you do every half in hour (depending on how often you would like). I reminder comes up and shows you an exersizes or stretch to do.

My boss/friend has been concerned just for the fact that all the people she knows have had complications not one have been ok, one throws up most of the time another almost right on the spot use to throw up. Another passed away. ( not sure what it was from ) she thinks it was correlated from the surgery. But I'm not sure if she Foun d out the autopsy results. She is supportive but concerned which is how most in my circle are -
Mine is going to be aug 20 or 21

My last meal will be next Sunday. So really will take this week to have a few of those last ones.

I would also say be thankful you are getting it out. I had my gull bladder put three years ago and the pain leading up to it was worse than child birth

Pizza white bread Homemade Mac and cheese. White bread Stuffed shells ( making them Sunday ). White bread white rice for sushi. White bread. Pasta dishes. White bread, chocolate, white bread, chips and dip. And did I mention white bread? -
I just got a call from the drs office I have a pre-surgery appoint on the 1st start the 14 day on the sixth and surgery either on the 20 or 21

Ok I understand that all surgeons are different. Some are bariatric center of excellence some are not Some say rice some say no no rice Some say flat diet soda is ok. Other not Why isn't the food requirements at least all the same. I would think that would be a simple one for all to follow?
