Sublingual b12 right? Make sure your vitamins have 2 columns of vitamins and not just 10-15 different vitamins in them. Lots of fluids. Is there iron in your vitamins? -
My taste has been messed up from about 2 months out. I get nauseous when I smell fried food that I use to love before. The good thing is I love fruits and stuff that is good for you lots more than I use to

They called me an inbetweener type 1 & 2. My hbga1c is better but I haven't been able to get off insulin. I use 1/3 the insulin I use to. But when I eat flour carbs it shoots my blood sugar up. I was praying for a miracle :/ -

Tell her to be careful....that she could rupture her pouch. My doctor told me I'm not suppose to eat over a Quarter cup for the first 12 weeks not only for weight loss but to let the pouch heal properly.

I'm 4 months post op I have those feelings a lot. I have to remember that there is a goal that I'm heading for. One day foods will taste good and other days they make nauseous. Its frustrating. Sometimes I feel like I should eat the samething everyday to avoid any nausea. The irritated feeling that I've been having don't help anyone in my household....Lol I hope those feeling go away.
