I am 29 days out and noticed if i don't get my Protein in i won't lose any weight. When i switched from Protein shakes to soft food....i gained two pounds then lost 5 lbs over night a week later. Sent from my DROID RAZR using RNYTalk

Lots of gas sometimes everyone at the dinner table can hear it. The kids would laugh at first ..... but now my twins who are 5 tell me my tummy is hungry that's why it always makes noise. Then i have to take Fiber cause i hate milk of magnesia. I have a friend who has to take milk of magnesia every few days and she is a year out. I would so rather eat my 4 fiber gummys.
