Since i had my gallbladder taken at the same time i told the few that asked that i had my gallbladder removed. Everyone else its diet and working out. The only people that know hubby my mom and a girlfriend. Last night hubby and i went to his dads and they offered food up and my hubby said oh thanks but no thanks she can't eat that it will make her sick. The liquid diet was hard to deal with... with pre and post op no food for a month was a learning experience that dose help u try to get over the hold food has over us. Sent from my DROID RAZR using RNYTalk

I am a month out and it is getting easier but pizza and ice cream were my favorite but learning to deal with it. I am already falling in love with the new me. I am down almost 50lbs which to me is worth not have that kind of food. My first three weeks out i just did the step aerobics on the wii now i do zumba fit on my xbox and walking out side when its not in the 90s or 100s i would love to go to the gym but i live in the middle of no where.
