a week before surgery i had cryo ablation to help with my periods a week after surgery got my period next month i should know if it worked . 2 years ago on the same day i had the band but in i got fixed so this time important hoping the period goes away and all the weight

well Im having an egg with cheese then later a piece of fish then bake potatoe now to travel maybe yogurt and mix in protein powder maybe applesauce not too sure what to travel with pure protein powder shake from walmart was not too bad -

i had mine one day before you yesterday was the first day i got my fluids and protein in i do 16 oz soy milk and one scoop chock truffle protein powder 37 protein it may take a long time to drink then i do another 23 protein powder in water which gives me the drink and protein my left side hurts i only try to take one pain pill a day if i really need it i too try to walk and it will get better -
it in our minds it will come off i had the lapband now im 1 week post opt for rny so it is a new feeling the band i never felt full now i do so that is great so we will see how it goes congrats on all of yalls weight loss

i need 60 a day it has only been 6 days out i can't even get all my drink in so i have protein in everything i drink -

not sure i know the good foods had to have sauce or it would get stuck but i could eat a whole bag of popcorn np hotdog np chicken needed sauce

well i had the band for alitte over two years i never felt full so wed i got it removed it is starting to feel better i only take 1pain pill a day so that is good

i had my band out and gastric done im very sore the one insison is very sore hope it heals better then it looks
