Lol.. Ive never not swallowed, it's personal preference for everyone. I heard it was high in protien but I'm too shy to ask my dr lol

It depends on your dr. If you haven't lost the weight, my dr won't preform the surgery. Have you seen a nutritionist? My nutrionist put me on a meal plan and I've lost 18 lbs so far. I've been on it for 3 weeks. My pre op appt is Wednesday the 27th, at 9:15:) -
