This is a few hours before surgery I'm down 34 lbs. lost 31 lbs before surgery and 3 lbs so far post op. surgery was Monday, 07/30/12 at 5:00 pm.

Hello guys!! I'm 3 days post op and I'm feeling much better then expected. Everybody was worrying me bc they said the pain was absolutely horrible. My pain was manageable, I'm very sore now and have been burping some. I finally farted for the first time yesterday! I've been walking, taking my vitamins and doing absolutely every that has been Asked of me

I ate a little bit of chx n rice. But I googled the time it takes to digest and it said about 6 hrs. -

I feel the same way!! I don't wear shorts, skirts or dresses bc im too insecure. How talk are you and how much do you weigh? I'm 5'10 and I weighed 297 when I started my process and now I'm 272 and my surgery is July 30th -
My surgery is next Monday at 12:45!! I want to know what should I expect and what are some must haves that I should have for my recovery!!

My nutritionist wasnt covered pre op, it was $55 but post op, it is covered.

Hey guys!! What meds did u get in the hospital and at home? I'm not scared for surgery, more afraid of the pain afterwards. How long did it take you to go back to work? I do admin work so I sit I'm front of a computer all day. I want to go back ASAP but idk how I'll feel. My surgery is July 30th

I love them better w/ unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 a banana and Splenda. I dont like it plain w/ unsweetened Soy milk. I've lost 21 lbs so far on Visalis. How do you make yours?
