I'm 12 days out, I'm doing great down 12 lbs since surgery. I barely have an appetite which is great but I HATE that everything smells soooo amazing!! For some reason I'm craving a soft taco from taco bell. The smell of food makes it so much more difficult

I'm only 13 days post op and I used a straw yesterday. I completely forgot about it oh well, I'm fine and nothing happened lol -
Here are the nutrition facts for Yobe. Most fro yo places are the same and keep in mind 1 serving size is 1 oz. so of you eat 5 oz that's 25 g of sugar.

Frozen yogurt has a lot of sugar in it if you ear more than 2-4 oz, not including toppings.

Hey guys!! My pre op was yesterday. It went great, I had everything I needed and got my clearance for surgery. The dr said is should be sometime in August. All I'm waiting for now is the Actual surgery date. I'm so excited and grateful to have found this we site. I appreciate l the support and answers to my questions. Thank you

Good morning guys, I'm 8 days post op, feeling great but my stomache is sooo itchy I cant stand it!! It woke me up from my sleep!! Any help or anyone else experience this? Any/all replies will be appreciated. Thank you

I'm sorry I wasnt clear. I had RNY gastric bypass. I meant gastric band as in the Velcro thing you have to wear over your stomach. If you don't know what I'm talking about, I'll post a pic. -
I feel like I'm a lucky one too!! I have followed every rule so far and it's hard. I'm only 6 days post op but feel great and pretty much have no pain. Just soreness, thank god.

I didn't have a drain and I barely have pain at all. I was so scared of having the surgery bc of everyone saying how painful it is. But, I guess I'm one of the lucky ones bc I had very little pain

I feel like I can drink a lot. I emailed my nutritionist and she said its ok. I drink at least 16-20 oz of liquid a day.
