I lost 30 lbs on my pre op and 35 lbs since surgery. I talked to my nutritionist and she said I'm normal. She said 1st month is 20-30 lbs and about 10 lbs each month after that. I need to excersize more. -

Are you down 41 lbs w/ pre op weight? I'm 6 wks out and feel like I'm losing so slow. I've lost 62 lbs total but only 26 since surgery I honestly don't eat bad or much at all. I don't understand how I'm not losing more -
Has anyone tried a smoothie after surgery? I want to go to planet smoothie but I'm afraid.

Hey.. Before surgery I went at least 2 times a day but now I'm lucky if I go twice a week and I have to take laxatives or I won't go at all. This sucks, I hate it.. Any advice or tips?

I'm only 3 weeks post op so I'm not allowed to have fruit yet -
I'm 3 weeks post op and have only lost 17 lbs I barely eat and don't know why I'm not losing more.

My dr never told me that. They actually encourages birth control to avoid pregnancies. I have an IUD and am not taking it out lol. I swallowed the other day and luckily it went down fine.. LOL -

I had sex at 1 week post op but only from The back because I was afraid it would hurt. But after about 15 days we tried diff positions and it didn't hurt at all. -
