Oh man I've been dreading to even say it, but my surgeonon wants me to do a 3 week liquid diet. He said I cant have anything solid, no fruit in or vegetables. So im freaking out. I have to start tomorrow. I just came back from vacation today and I have nothing. So I wanted to ask you guys what is what I need. Im ganna stop by the GNC to get a few protein items. How do I go about a meal plan I've never had a schedule for my meals. Please help I really don't know what I have to get from the grocery store I don't know how to go about doing a meal plan I just need a lot of help. How did you guys do you liquid diet?
