Well I am on day 4 of my liquid ONLY diet and I have already lost 8 pounds. Omg thats the motivation I needed ))

I'm on day 4 of my liquid diet. I couldn't how to use my last meal, it was too emotional for me. Shop my hubby took me to Norms. I would have never picked it. I didn't want to break up with my favorite food, because if I would have chosen my favorite food I would have sobbed through my whole meal. In on the bright side I'm down 5 pounds
