I am just down to a size 30/32 pants now. Although they are way big but of course my car registration and brakes have to be replaced....my pants may not stay up by then haha. Onyx -
I even still have issues with chicken unless I dip it in something like mustard or sauce. Steak scares me still....truth be told I could live on lobster tail hahaha Onyx

I have to have 84 - 104 grams of protein. It's SO tough to get it all in. It also is hard to get in all the water.

I had chicken today and it got stuck to the point I was throwing up foamy bubbles. It sucked. I called the nurse from my surgery and she told me to soak it in lime juice. The second thing she mentioned was to mix a warm Water with a little meat tenderizer and drink it. It will help break down the meat. Thought I'd pass it on Onyx -

I have no idea what size I'm in now. Since I was out of work for 4 weeks I'm still waiting for a normal paycheck at work lol so I am still wearing my size 30 pants even though they are nearly falling off! LOL Onyx

What Protein Shakes Do You Use?

I have been drinking Muscle Milk for quite some time and my dietician said you can also but what I find is the scoops are pretty big. So to get the 32g of Protein with 2 scoops you have to make a bigger shake otherwise it's mega sweet. Onyx -

Oh yeah the wait seems like forever. This is a good time to really do a lot of practice runs with eating and exercising. Next year you will have a new birthday. Just hang out here with us and also if there are support groups you can attend in your area then join in. When you get connected with people and you're doing positive steps it won't feel like such a long time. Onyx -
