Hey all sorry I haven't been around and I know I'm a day early but I am frwaking out because I gained 2 pounds this week!!! Is this normal??? Onyx

So I had surgery on April 23, this is the first week I have gained weight. It's just 2 pounds but wondering if it's normal?? Onyx

I want to know....what do you all look forward to when the weight comes off? Here are my top 3. 1. Ride rides at amusement parks especially the scary ones! 2. Ballroom dancing lessons 3. Being healthy to have babies

I know in one of our other threads everyone was talking about their spouses. Anyone out there single? For me I look forward to meeting someone who will love and support me in my weight loss efforts. Wondering maybe a can find a sweet guy who maybe even had surgery himself. Onyx

Starting weight 360 Day of surgery 330 Weigh in Friday 294 Total 67 pounds!!!!!! Praise the Lord!!!

My aunt said to me when I was looking to do the surgery what I was going to do with all the male attention because she didn't want me to get addicted to sex instead of food (she wasn't being mean she's a therapist and helps Surgery patients so she sees it a lot. Anyway I told her when and if I get that attention I'd let her know...just cause you slim down doesn't make you a hottie magnet....I guess we'll see..... Onyx

Bought new clothes yesterday including the new outfit for the gym. Thought I'd share Onyx

I guess I'd have to hear how it was said....to relate to his comment I do feel almost normal now...sometimes people have a habit of ingesting their feet. Sorry it made you upset, some people are tactless.

Since I get a lot of sweet out of my Protein shakes (which by the way you can freeze and make your own ice cream) I have not wanted ice cream however don't take away my ice pops!!! Onyx

About 5 min for me....chicken is my fave but right now it's playing Rocky Balboa with my pocket (yes I call it a pocket, otherwise I feel like a kangaroo hahaha it feels awful!!!!!!! chicken is only thing that makes me throw up. So giving it up for a little bit Onyx

Yes!!! Not only is my sense of smell enhanced now but it's different. My friend and I went to Bath and Body Works yesterday and it was hard because all my favorite lotions were much too strong...it's good and bad at different times....I was told that as the weight comes off the pressure on the nasal passages lessens and the sense of smell heightens Onyx

Now I am the complete opposite of you all. I am rarely thirsty and don't come near my 64oz per day. It's tough because I have never been a drinker. Onyx

I find I categorize people a bit now....there are the ones who loved and supported me when I was huge.....and there are those that criticized me for being big and said I wasn't worthy of their time.....the first group has my undying loyalty and I just pray that the second group has God to remove the ugliness from their hearts....people battle drug and alcohol and addictions and yet are still supported more and encouraged more then big people....we were looked at as fat, lazy and often times complacent....now we are Champions and everyone wants to be around a champion just be careful about who you let into that circle.... Onyx

That happens if I eat one bite too many or not chewing good enough or I eat too fast. It's getting better now that I'm getting to know my limits. Don't worry Onyx
