Before: 4/27/12 335lbs Now: 10-2-11 228lbs. -
I use to be over 420 at one point. Dropped down to about 280 then went back up to like 360 then decided to go for surgery. Started at 335 of pre op week. Day of surgery 320. Now I'm 228. Everyone tells me not to lose anymore weight. I've never been "skinny" so I'm not sure how I will feel if I get to 190. Only one way to see and that is to get there first. Lol

I work out. Do a lot of aquatics, cycling, cardio. Eat chicken chicken chicken or Protein protein protein! Just push myself to make this a life changing habit. -

Dropped 100lbs in 4.5 months and still Melting away. Went from size 40+ in pants to currently a 34! Never in my life have I bought size 34 pants! Inane!! -
I had mine with dr coon in riverside and he is the best! Follow directions and you will be having a speedy recovery. He is amazed by my progress but it's because I was dedicated to follow through with everything. I was up and walking an hour After surgery. I went home a day early

I am about 4.5 months out and doing great! No issues or complications at all. I'm down 102lbs now! Loving and living life now! Who is your surgeon?

I'm four months out and 99 lbs down. Almost to the hundred mark. Surgery 4/24 weighing 335. Feeling great and loving my new life.

Dr. Coon is the best. Had my surgery April 24th. No complications at all.

I was just craving something sweet and went for some of my wife's cookies. Now that I think of it maybe she shouldn't be eating that either. I really need to stock up on Snacks and foods for me.
