I was 437 before my surgery. I also had allot of the obesity problems. My surgery was 6/6 and I'm down to 388 at my last weigh in on Friday. The main things is get you're Protein in and walk. I didn't have a drain in after surgery so I'm not sure about that. the only thing I had was a Q pain pump in me for 4 days after surgery, but I went home the day after my surgery. Sent from my SAMSUNG-NOTE using RNYTalk

Good job! I wish I could get my family to eat healthier. It's hard when you smell the food cooking and you know you're full but your mind is saying you're hungry just because of the smell of food cooking.
