  1. Speaking for myself before surgery I ate until I was satisfied which was way more than I needed to fill full. Right after surgery I had ( it's very common) no stomach reaction at all, the nerves were cut and are still healing. So when I felt nothing I wondered if I was doing this right. It's natural to ask 'do I feel like I can eat more?' and natural for your head to say 'yes'. Head hunger, the not satisfied feeling, is always going to be there for you to deal with. In time you'll regonize your body's other hunger signs (I get cranky and tired) for now stick to the plan assigned. It's not a restriction it's more of a guide to success. It helps those that don't have the stomach reactions gauge if they are on track and those that do make goals to achieve. And stop comparing yourself to 'everyone' you are unique! Use your doctors they can help you on your unique journey.

    Help

It reminds me of the problem I had were food stayed in my pouch too long. Scar tissue had made the exit too small, it's called a stoma or stricture. It hurt a lot when I drank something of the pouch was still full with food. Almost a heartburn like feeling with the foamies to follow. It maybe too much food but that pain is more immediate in my experience. I can tell when that last bite was one too many as soon as I go there. A phone call won't hurt just to be safe.
  3. Talk to your hairdresser he/she may recomend something. My hair is fine so she said to AVOID shampoos with Protein or additives in them, the extra weight would actually split my hair that didnt fall out! She had me change to Save Daily Clear for a few months until we saw new growth. I started loosing hair at about 6 months and stopped at 9. I didn't take any preventive stuff, I only started pills at 6 months, wish I had know about the pills from the start. Biotin pills helped me. I continue to take them now. My hairdressers was so happy with the results she's added them to her routine also

    Gum Chewing

My doctor said no gum swallowing ever after surgey, no amount is 'too small' to be ok, no exceptions. Of course I forgot, once, the pain I'll never forget.

    Jealousy

So I have to ask about the another angle, how do you deal with the new attention you get? Someone earlier said confidence = attractiveness and I think we can all agree we feel more confident. Can we avoid or turn away the attention that makes for some of the jelousy without being rude?
