  1. Peanut butter is a good source of protein. You just have to sure not to get the pb with sugar. Also there is a powdered peanut butter called PB2 that you can use to add to the shakes. Way less fat.
  2. Am struggling... I have lost 159 pounds put have been gaining and losing 5 to 7 pounds over and over again. Any suggestions?
  3. Another way to flavor your protein shakes is to add a bit of sugar free jello powder!!!
